Salmon Glazed Hot Honey
1 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Hot (or Regular) Tudie's Fruities
Honey
2 TBSP Lemon Juice
3 cloves Garlic-smashed
4 Salmon Fillets(about 1 1/2 pounds)

Mix ingredients together
Place Salmon fillets, skin side up, in marinade, Marinate 10 to 30 minutes

Broiler to High, line sheet pan with parchment, add fillets skin side down
Broil without turning until well caramelized, 7 to 10 minutes.
